These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Logg mobile app (the "App"), operated by Logg LLC ("Logg," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Logg, you agree to these Terms.

Using Logg

You must be at least 13 years old to use Logg. You are responsible for the content you post and for keeping your account secure. You agree not to misuse the App, post unlawful or infringing content, harass other users, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create (logs, reviews, lists, comments). You grant Logg a non-exclusive license to host and display that content within the App as needed to operate the service. You can delete your content or account at any time.

Logg+ subscription

Logg+ is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features (such as custom banners and game posters, animated GIF profile pictures and banners, a Logg+ profile badge, advanced stats, and early access to new features).

• Pricing. Logg+ is offered at $3.99 per month or $29.99 per year. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase.
• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Refund requests are subject to the App Store's or Google Play's policies.
• Loss of benefits. If your subscription expires or is cancelled, Logg+ features are disabled while your account reverts to the free tier. Your logs, reviews, and lists are not deleted.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using Logg and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logg LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
