Child Safety Standards

These Child Safety Standards apply to Logg, the game-logging social app published by Logg LLC ("Logg," "we," "us," or "our"). Logg is committed to protecting children and maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

We strictly prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on Logg. This includes, without limitation:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any image, video, text, or other content that depicts, describes, or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.
• Grooming, sextortion, solicitation, or any attempt to sexualize, exploit, or endanger a child.
• Sharing, requesting, or facilitating access to CSAE content, or directing users to such content elsewhere.
• Any other conduct that sexualizes minors or puts a child's safety at risk.

These behaviors are prohibited regardless of intent and violate our terms and applicable law.

Minimum age

Logg is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly permit users under 13 to create an account or collect personal information from them. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will remove the account and associated data.

Reporting CSAE

We provide in-app tools to report content and users. Any user or member of the public can report suspected CSAE:

• In the app: use the report option on any profile, review, list, or comment.
• By email: contact our child safety team at kobei@getlogg.com.

Reports of suspected CSAE are treated as our highest priority.

Enforcement and response

When we become aware of CSAE, we act promptly to:

• Remove the offending content.
• Terminate the accounts of users who violate these standards.
• Report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate authorities, as required by law.
• Preserve relevant information and cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

Legal compliance

We comply with applicable child safety laws and reporting obligations in the jurisdictions where Logg is available, and we align our practices with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
