This Privacy Policy explains how Logg LLC ("Logg," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Logg mobile app (the "App"). By using Logg, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and the username and profile details you provide (such as display name, bio, avatar, and profile banner).
• Content you create. The games you log, ratings, reviews, lists, comments, likes, and follows you create in the App.
• Usage data. Basic technical and usage information (such as device type, app version, and interactions) used to operate and improve the App and to diagnose problems.

We do not collect payment information, precise location, contacts, or health data.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To provide core features — logging games, reviews, lists, following, and community feeds.
• To display your public content (profile, reviews, and lists) to other users, since Logg is a social app.
• To maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App.
• To respond to your support requests.

Public content

Logg is a social product. Your profile, reviews, lists, and other content you post are public by default and visible to other users. Please do not post information you consider private.

Service providers

We use trusted third-party services to run Logg, including Supabase for authentication, database, and storage. We also retrieve game metadata and cover art from the IGDB games database. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal information and content, except where we must retain limited records to comply with legal obligations.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing us at kobei@getlogg.com from the email address on your account. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Children's privacy

Logg is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
